Requirements
Higher education in accounting and finance;
Accounting experience not less than 3 years;
In-depth knowledge of financial management procedures, CR accounting, tax policy and other financial legislation;
Good knowledge of NPO financial management procedures;
Good knowledge of English and Russian languages;
Obligatory knowledge of 1C accounting program and Microsoft Office computer programs.
Experience in non-profit / international organizations in a similar position (advantage);
Responsibility, honesty.
Responsibilities
Maintaining primary accounting;
Carrying out work with primary documentation, which is the reception, control and processing of primary documents (acts, cash and personnel documents, contracts with counterparties, etc.);
Internet banking
Making the calculation, accrual and transfer of taxes for the accounting periods;
Making financial transactions on purchase;
Keeping records of the organization's property, fixed assets, liabilities;
Preparation and submission of accounting and tax reporting to the tax office and other tasks.
Preparation of reports for donors as required.
Monitoring of the budget for projects, monthly preparation of balances.
Hiring and selecting employees, monitoring human resources and ensuring compliance with the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic
Manage internal and external audits
